SCATTERED is a poem I did for a friend where it was a reading on him and came out as a poem. There is something that I add with each poem where I find a picture of photo that in some way goes with the meaning. I hope you enjoy it.

SCATTERED

Image

Lost in time
Cost is missed.
Where’s the rhyme
And reason for this?

Work so hard
Food is bliss!
Clean the yard
Blended kiss.

Scattered thoughts
More to come.
Emptied lots
Though so dumb.

Where it stands
Sought to be
Your commands
Ride the sea.

Out of bounds
Firmly plant.
Make the rounds
On your rant.

Keep the courage,
Proper place.
Don’t discourage
Stop the race!

See the road
Use less speed.
Break the code,
Spread the seed.

On you go
Can’t afford.
In the know…
No not bored.

Resting now
All about.
Take a vow,
No more doubt.

Calm!

WHO AM I? (06/02/2012)

Image

Who am I?
I am someone who is like no other you will ever find!
I am filled with questions, wonder, innocence, and sometimes anger and rage.
I am filled with a lot of love that there are those who cannot, or will never handle.
I can be picky, naive, old soul and can pass over a lot of faults.
I am me and I reach out my hand to take yours.
Are you ready for this journey?
An open heart takes in a lot of things that a closed one will never see.
Give me time to open the inner eye within and scope you from inside out.
Are you scared to walk along side me?
Are you afraid those that know you will see us?
Make sure you are ready.
Life can be one helluva roller coaster.
I’m ready to hang on.
Here we go!

LET LOVE FIND YOU (01/03/2013)

Image

Let love find you…
They said.
Let love bind you…
They pled.

Men are not true.
They will use you.

Let love find you…
They said.
Let love bind you…
They pled.

Where’s my flower?
Is that your power?

Let love find you…
They said.
Let love bind you…
They pled.

It’s all about me,
Don’t you see?

Let love find you…
They said.
Let love bind you…
They pled.
